
Jessica Silva
Jessica Silva joined The School of Arts and Enterprise in 2018 and currently serves as Executive Administrative Assistant|Office Manager. She is passionate about building strategies and initiatives focused on solving business and people challenges. She is exceptionally strong as a practitioner in employee selection, talent management, organizational development, and compliance.
Serving the Governing Board and CEO of The School of Arts and Enterprise, Jessica has demonstrated success in working across the business at all levels developing trust and building effective partnerships. Bringing more than 9 years of experience in Human Resources to The School of Arts and Enterprise, she is responsible for the management and supervision of the school’s clerical department. Additionally, Jessica oversees the school’s non-instructional support services including recruitment, compensation, payroll, staff training, and communications.
Jessica holds an Associate in Arts degree and CSR license from Orange Coast College. Having worked in the legal field, she understands the importance of dealing with sensitive information, such as background checks, federal forms, financial documents, performance evaluations, union issues, mediating disputes, labor relations, policy interpretation and other items that require delicate handling. Processing these in accordance with policies and regulations is something she takes great pride in, often coining the term “attorney-client privilege”.
Jessica Silva lives in Orange County with her husband, fur-baby, Chancellor Corgison, and is expecting their first child. When she isn't power-walking her way around all three campuses, she likes to roller skate and hang out with her favorite canine.
